The following is a news release from McNeese State University:
Free basic tax preparation for eligible taxpayers is available at McNeese State University through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program of United Way of Southwest Louisiana.
McNeese students trained in income tax preparation will offer tax preparation on Wednesdays from 2 to 7:30 p.m. in Room 302 in the Burton Business Center on campus.
For more information, call the United Way office at 433-1088.
